“You were put on this earth to achieve your greatest self, to live out your purpose, and to do it courageously.”
The Hypnotizer’s look expresses unshakable willpower. One can see it in his eyes, muscle tension, and posture. A person experiencing such a look gets an instant realization about the inner strength the hypnotizer emitting it. This is the reason why in many Martial Arts, each fight begins with the opponents eyeing each other down. The winner of this staring contest normally holds stronger ground. It is very rare that a person is born with powerful sight. It takes special training to develop it. Parallel to sight training, the hypnotic abilities are being worked on as well. It is through the power of sight that telepathy and mind reading are enabled.
Our first tutorial will begin with you drawing a circle of 1 inch in diameter on a blank sheet of paper. Then color it black. Put this sheet up on the wall at the eye level about 3 feet away from where you sit.
1. Fix your gaze at the black circle and look at it trying not to blink for 1 minute. Take a 1-minute break. Fix your gaze again. Repeat 5 times.
2. Now move the sheet 3 feet to the left, while remaining at the original spot with your body facing forward. Fix your gaze sideways on the black circle. Repeat 5 times.
3. Next, move the sheet 3 feet to the right, while remaining at the original spot with your body facing forward. Fix your gaze sideways on the black circle. Repeat 5 times.
4. Repeat these exercises daily for 3 days. On day 4 increase the staring time to 3 minutes per session.
Once you master holding your gaze without blinking for 3 minutes, you will notice the power your sight starts having on people around you. Continue to practice increasing the number of repetitions and decreasing the lengths of breaks in between sessions. Our goal is to be able to hold the gaze steady for 30 min. I know from personal experience, however, that 15 minutes is plenty to dominate anyone.
