Put a blank sheet of paper with a black dot 1 inch in diameter on the wall at your eye level.
Move 3 feet away.
Start making circular motions with your head keeping your gaze firmly fixed on the dot.
Do this for 3-minutes 3 times a day.
Advance to 5-minute sessions 3 times a day.
Change the direction, speed and trajectory of head movements.
The goal is to easily keep a fixed gaze on the dot for 10 minutes while moving your head in various directions at different speeds.
