The purpose of this exercise is to train the ability to maintain strong eye contact with anyone. You will need a mirror.
1. Stand in front of the mirror.
2. Look yourself in the eye.
In the beginning, your gaze might escape you. Your eyes might glaze over. Focus on consciously maintaining eye contact for three 1-minute sessions a day.
Continue for 3 days.
Then switch to 5-minute sessions for 5 days.
The goal is to maintain fixed eye contact with yourself for 15 minutes on end without considerable effort.
