Aim: to control your body movements.
Let’s begin from exercising the control over the movements of hands and fingers.
Form a fist. Place it on your right knee.
Straighten your index finger and align it with your leg.
Start moving your finger from right to left.
Try focusing all your attention on this motion.
Continue for 5 minutes.
You will notice that it is very hard to focus on your finger at first. It takes an effort to bring it back every time your mind wanders
However, this is what you should concentrate on.
After a week of daily practice, it will be very easy to keep focused on the finger and control its movements.
